Designed in accordance with the best practice design principles of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) and ACO’s HygieneFirst philosophy, our hygienically designed tray channel delivers the optimum in hygienic performance.
Manufactured from 304 & 316 grade stainless steel, our hygienically designed channel is used in a wide variety of applications where hygiene is of critical importance.

- Manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel
- Applies the hygienic design principles normally reserved for food contact surfaces via BS EN 1672
- Designed in accordance with EHEDG best practice requirements for drainage (Doc 8 and Doc 44)
- Design features a fully drainable sump
- Design benefits from internal radii features greater than 3mm to enable cleaning
- Reinforced channel base for tray channels >300mm give extra stability
