ACO Merchant Training Videos + Online Assessment
The new ACO Merchant Training Videos have been designed to broaden the knowledge of Builders Merchant staff by helping them to identify different ranges of ACO Channel Drainage Products normally stocked in branch and the applications where they are commonly used.
They are perfect for any new starters or any staff members that want to brush up on their knowledge of channel drainage systems. Each video is concise, visual and packed with useful information.
They also enhance awareness of the importance of selling a “system” and the availability of the fittings in the ACO product ranges.
In addition, they also raise awareness of the “Complete the Look” range of gratings that could enable merchants to make enhanced margin on any channel drainage sale.
After having watched each video, merchant staff can then complete a short quiz, using the links below each video. This quiz upon achieving enough correct answers, will generate a certificate which will be sent directly to the person completing the test.
These videos are the first in a series currently planned by ACO.
